Refund Policy – Sukjai Gardens Farmstay

We understand that travel plans can change. Our goal is to make our policy fair and transparent for all guests.

Cancellation & Refund Terms:

Full Refund: Cancel at least 5 days before check-in for a 100% refund.
Partial Refund: Cancel less than 5 days before check-in and receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
No Show: If you do not arrive and do not cancel in advance, no refund will be issued.

Early Departures:

If you decide to leave early after check-in, we’ll refund 50% of the unused nights.
